Policies — BC Latin Dance In Mexico? Salsa & bootcamps in La Ventana, Baja Visit our Mexico site

These documents say plainly how people are expected to behave here and what we do when someone doesn't. They exist because a dance floor puts strangers in physical contact with each other within minutes of meeting, and "everyone knows how to behave" is not a safeguarding plan. They apply to students, guests, volunteers and instructors — and to Salsa Paul.

If you are assessing us for a rental, a booking or a policy: every document is public at the links above, each carries its version and review date, and each has a print button that produces a clean PDF. Students accept them at sign-up, and the acceptance is recorded with the date and the version accepted. Version 1.0, in effect since August 16, 2026, next review by August 16, 2027.

They are written to reflect the employer duties in the Workers Compensation Act and WorkSafeBC OHS Policies D3-115-2, D3-116-1 and D3-117-2, the BC Human Rights Code, and the child-protection reporting duty under the Child, Family and Community Service Act. They are our own documents rather than legal advice.
